James entered the facility using Alynna's name as a password as she instructed. He looked over the genetic material they had there, it was incredible how much DNA material and genes they had there. He had instructed his aides to retrieve a Porygon as well to research which they had. He held up the Porygon's Pokeball and began examining the DNA for it's usefulness.

A helicopter flew past the building. A few moments later, Alynna entered the lab. "James, what would happen if HM09 didn't work?"

"I've seen it work, so I know it does. But I suppose if it didn't work transportation would be cut down and the travel between regions would drastically decrease." he sighed while continuing his work.

"I'm saying... is there a way to dissolve a Pokemon's genetic structure?" Alynna sat at a computer in the lab, and went over what she learned. "Giovanni has a device that can mimic Pokemon that it contains the DNA memory of, and normally, it's indestructible... but if I fed it some DNA written to fall apart, the machine should be as fragile as anything... we have to protect M.I.Y.U. from them."

"Maybe writing in the right corruption would work? DNA is like programming, after all, all we need is to cause a fatal error." Alynna said with a grin. "Work on that, I'll work on adding your sequence to Miyu."

"Alright then, theoretically all we need to do it find the code in the DNA that makes protein sythesis cease and breaks the bonds between the already existing proteins and that should break it down, set it to self destruct in a way."

"Do it." Alynna was typing frantically and watching the genetic structure on her monitor change slightly as she typed.

James grinned as he found the possible sequence and began testing it, sucessfully breaking up a small strand of DNA in a simulated test. "Sucess." he smirked.

"Can you hide that code in the DNA of, we'll say, a Water-Delta Rhyperior?" Alynna asked as she continued to type frantically. "If you can, send the code to my workstation and get to work on the Porygon DNA."

James sighed and did the same test with the specified DNA and sent the results to Alynna's terminal. He then picked up the Pokeball and relased the Porygon, examining it closely.

"I wonder..." Alynna said softly and started tinkering with other sections of code, opening another strand of DNA on another screen. "You know, there's a Meowth capable of human speech. There are some Pokemon that communicate telepathically, but we could give Miyu the ability to communicate verbally. She's already got the highest bean capacity of any Pokemon."

"That is possible but any Pokemon can do that with training and determination, telepathy gives a Pokemon the ability to talk to humans and Pokemon alike though..." James surmised aloud.
